The Network of Valencian Universities for the promotion of Research, Development and Innovation (RUVID) was created in December 2001 through a collaboration agreement between the five public Universities of the Region. It was established as a non-profit association in 2003, and it currently comprises of the seven Universities of the Valencian Region.
RUVID has as main missions the coordination of the activities in Research & Development & Innovation of the seven Universities and to be the interlocutor with the Administration and other agents of the Science-Technology-Enterprise System. In this context, it is essential the promotion of Science and Research and the dissemination of results in the productive sector and in the society.
In coordination with the own structure of each University, RUVID manages the Valencian Mobility Centre.
